I understand that fostering is a voluntary role and agree to comply with Despurate House Cats’ policies and procedures regarding the care of foster cats. I understand that submitting this application does not guarantee approval for adoption. I certify that all information provided is true and accurate. I give permission for Despurate House Cats to contact my references and veterinarian for verification purposes. Upon approval and adoption, I agree to pay to the tax deductible fee of $400 for an adult cat, $450 for a kitten.
